Trinity has been awarded the pre-construction and build-out of 1290 Avenue of the Americas in New York City for Sovereign Bank. Construction is scheduled to begin in January on this exciting project.
Trinity was recently awarded the build-out of a new Madewell Store on Newbury St. in Boston. This will be Trinity's first project for Madewell Inc.. Construction is scheduled to begin in November.
Trinity recently completed the build out of the 17th Floor at 28 State Street in Boston for LEK Consulting. Trinity has completed three projects in Boston and one project in New York for LEK.
Trinity is nearing completion of a 5 phase renovation of the Plaza and Facade at One Boston Place.
Trinity was recently awarded phase 2 of a 3 phase renovation of New York & Company's Corporate Offices in New York City. Trinity recently completed phase 1 as well as the demolition in preparation for phase 2. Phase 1 involved the renovation of 14,000 Square Feet, and Phase 2 is slightly larger at 16,000 Square Feet.

Trinity would like to congratulate Assistant Project Manager Tim Rogovich on becoming a LEED® accredited Professional. As part of our commitment to sustainable building, Trinity is encouraging Project Management staff to become LEED® Accredited by subsidizing all costs associated with training and taking the exam. In addition to financial support, Trinity also offers employees interested in becoming LEED® accredited some flexible time to accommodate studying.

Trinity has defeated the odds by completing the Shrine Asian Kitchen, Lounge and Night Club at the new MGM Grand at Foxwoods in Ledyard, CT. The project was substantially completed in time for the grand opening on May 17th. View Project.
