Trinity Completes Oceana in NYC
Trinity has completed the build out of the New 15,000 square foot, Oceana Restaurant at 1221 Avenue of the Americas in New York City. Oceana has been recognized as one of New York's most well known seafood destinations since 1992. Oceana features many high end details including tiered chandeliers, custom fabric booths and banquettes, Brazillian Cherry floors and a tremendous amount of stone. There are also custom woven carpets, a large custom built lobster tank, and a private Chef's room in the state of the art kitchen.
Oceana is now open at its new Rockefeller Center Location.
Trinity Awarded ATM Kiosk at Patriot Place in Foxborough by Sovereign Bank
Trinity has been awarded the construction of a new ATM Kiosk at Gillette Stadium in Foxborough Massachusetts by Sovereign Bank. Construction will begin in late July.

Trinity has been awarded the build out of a new J. Crew store in Miami Florida. Construction will start in late July on this Flagship location in Miami Beach.

Trinity has been awarded the build-out of a new store at Legacy Place in Dedham Massachusetts for Merrell Footware and Apparel. Construction will start in late June.

Trinity Awarded Build-Out of Levi's Store
Trinity Building and Construction Management Corp. has been awarded the build-out of Levi's at Legacy Place in Dedham Massachusetts. Legacy Place is Trinity's second project for Levi's. Construction is scheduled to start in the next few weeks.

Trinity has been awarded the pre-construction and build-out of 1290 Avenue of the Americas in New York City for Sovereign Bank. Construction is in progress.

Trinity Awarded Phase 2 Renovation of New York & Company's Corporate Offices
Trinity was recently awarded phase 2 of a 3 phase renovation of New York & Company's Corporate Offices in New York City. Trinity recently completed phase 1 as well as the demolition in preparation for phase 2. Phase 1 involved the renovation of 14,000 Square Feet, and Phase 2 is slightly larger at 16,000 Square Feet.

Trinity Awarded Build-Out of New Madewell Store
Trinity was recently awarded the build-out of a new Madewell Store on Newbury St. in Boston. This will be Trinity's first project for Madewell Inc.. Construction is scheduled to begin in November.
