Brooke Banusiewicz, Project Administrator

About Brooke

In her role as Administrative Assistant, Brooke performs a wide variety of duties necessary to the efficient operation of our office.  In addition to reception and office management, she has most recently taken over Trinity's Project Administrator duties.  To put it simply, Brooke provides top-notch support to executives, project managers and subcontractors alike.  At most times she has a To Do List as long as her left arm, but she wouldn't have it any other way.

Assistant Project Manager Tim Brewster has been in the construction industry since 2004. He began his career as a residential carpenter and has since held roles of Assistant Superintendent and Estimator, therefore gaining diverse experience in both the field and office. Tim brings a high level of detail and communication to every project, ensuring his clients and team members are informed every step of the way.

Project Manager Joe Crowley started his construction career 17 years ago installing ductwork for his father’s HVAC company, where he learned early on the commitment and attention to detail required to achieve high-quality work. He brings his passion for quality and his strong organizational and financial management skills to every job, and has successfully completed projects in a variety of markets, from banks to retail stores to highly complex, multi-phased tenant interior renovations.

Superintendent J Hynes worked as a union carpenter for 25 years prior to beginning his career in site supervision at Trinity.  This experience has given him a deep comprehension of scheduling and trade coordination, further contributing to his success in the field.  J expertly manages site logistics, from supervising subcontractors and vendors to sequencing deliveries and maintaining the safety and organization of the site.  He coordinates all details and communicates all information necessary to drive the project schedule, meet milestones and maintain strong relationships with all members of the project team.

Assistant Project Manager John Ladakakos got his start in construction 12 years ago as a carpenter apprentice.  His hands-on field experience has deepened his understanding of many facets of building, from scheduling and procurement to risk management to handling unforeseen field conditions.  John works closely with his project teams and with all stakeholders to maintain the open communication and close coordination crucial to a project's success.

Project Manager Tim Rogovich joined Trinity 2 years ago with previous experience in the construction and architecture fields.  His extensive knowledge in architectural design enhances his ability to work collaboratively with the design team to achieve a client's goals.  Tim is well-versed in the areas of scheduling and procurement and is proficient in both project management software and AutoCAD.  He is a LEED Accredited Professional and is also the President of Trinity's Green Team.
