As Trinity's Chief Estimator, Kevin leads all aspects of cost planning and budgeting and manages all facets of bid preparation.  He has over 30 years experience and a proud family history in the construction business, and he applies his expert industry knowledge and hands-on experience to provide accurate, realistic estimates.  Kevin provides detailed services and presents valuable input and creative alternatives to achieve both the design and budget goals for the project.
