Trinity Building and Construction Management Corp., in partnership with Lecce Group, LLC, Hyman Hayes Associates, LLC and C2 Design Group, completed the ground up construction of the Albany Medical Center EmUrgentCare center. Trinity worked closely with private developer and owner, Lou Lecce, for seven months to create this high-quality medical arts building that makes vital medical services more accessible to residents throughout New York’s Capital Region. The building’s exterior features stone and fiber cement siding, glass storefronts and white TPO roofing. The project scope included installation of medical gas and emergency power systems, elevators and clean room ceilings.

The Niskayuna complex offers outpatient surgeries and emergency care, as well as treatment from cardiac care by Cardiology Associates of Schenectady, P.C., and treatment from Albany Medical’s expert gastrointestinal specialists. The center consists of three floors with a total of 37,500 SF. The first floor is dedicated to an emergency care facility, administrative offices and a meeting area, offices and exam rooms for Cardiology Associates of Schenectady, P.C. The second floor offers a multi-specialty clinic, twenty-five exam rooms, doctors’ offices, administrative space and a reception area. The third floor provides an Article 28 certified surgical center consisting of three operating rooms, pre and post-operative services.

Albany Medical Center’s Union Street Medical Center opened its doors in April 2017.
