by CHLOE., located in Boston’s Seaport district, is the first Massachusetts location for an expanding vegan restaurant chain started in New York by celebrity chef and cookbook author Chloe Coscarelli. The 2,800 SF space is bright and open and features 16 ft. decorative tin ceilings and striped wood flooring. by CHLOE.’s décor also includes ornate, handmade mosaic tile on the counter and columns throughout the restaurant, as well as distressed painted brick walls and a hand-crafted tile entryway.

by CHLOE. was constructed in a busy office building adjacent to two other ongoing construction projects, requiring seamless coordination between all companies involved. Trinity was also selected to build by CHLOE.’s second Boston restaurant on Boylston Street, which turned over a few months later.
