Trinity completed Phase 2 of Shelter Cove, a multi-phase residential project consisting of luxury apartments and single family homes located along the Mohawk River. Phase 2 consists of 6 buildings with 96 apartment units ranging from 1,000-2,000 sf, totaling approximately 200,000 sf. Each unit has high-end finishes, wood flooring, luxury vinyl tile, state of the art appliances, private decks, and attached garages. Phase 2 also included completion of the Clubhouse facility with a pool and outdoor fire pit area overlooking the Mohawk River. Being built on a site with considerable elevation changes, most of the apartments include a beautiful view of the river from their decks and/or windows.

The entire project includes 4 phases with a total of 200 apartment units, 120 single family home lots. In order to serve the project, significant infrastructure work had to be completed. This included all major utility extensions, roads, a sewer pump station, and a bike path connecting the project to the Colonie Town Park and Recreation Area. Much of this work was completed as part of Trinity’s Phase 2 contract.

The construction schedule for completion of Phase 2 was 12 months, however as rentals were very successful, Trinity was able to turn over the first building in 7 months for occupancy and an additional building each month after.
