Trinity recently completed phases 1 and 2 of a 5 phase renovation of the plaza and facade at One Boston Place. The work includes erecting a glass and aluminum curtain wall which will allow transparency into the building's ground floor retail space, as well as a new glass vestibule. The work also includes thousands of granite pavers, new granite steps, custom benches, and custom bollards.

This project presents many challenges including an occupied building and heavy pedestrian traffic around the site. In order to deal with these issues the project was further divided into 6 sub-phases so not to interrupt the normal day to day activity. Work on phases 3, 4, and 5 will continue through the summer.
